Portable Document Files (PDF) are easily created from any printable document.
Free sofware may be obtained from http://www.primopdf.com which when loaded creates an additional 'printer' and when output is sent to that printer a new file is created with a name and location chosen by the user without affecting the orginal document.
PDF files are read with Adobe Acrobat which is present on most computer systems but if required a free reader or upgrade is available from http://www.adobe-reader.co.uk.
